- Hello Dave,
-
- My system is the A1200 w/Blizzard1260 16Mb fast ram, SS3.4 registerd,
- MacOS 7.1, and 512k ROM. I had encounterd same experience before.
- When I replaced the Mangoose 030 acceralator with the Blizzard1260,
- the "Happy Mac" displayed and crashed. I suspected the Mac side system
- because the Mac was about to boot. Perhaps some files for extension
- which read at the Mac start-up seem not to fit the 060 CPU. So putting
- the 030 acceralator back in my A1200 and the Mac system booted, I removed
- files in the system extension folder as much as possible. It came to
- run perfectly.
-
- I hope this is some help for you.
